First, Stacey ensured we waited to sell just a little bit to hit perfect timing. She also showed her expertise with the market by helping us price appropriately. She used very cool technology to show our home, which likely led to the numerous requests for viewing 10 minutes after she posted the pictures and video. Likely because of her fantastic write-up of our house, in addition to those pictures and video, we had an offer on our house the same day as it was listed.
