"Stacey is a rockstar! I had to move from my rental home of six years because the property owner decided to sell. I was extremely upset because finding a home that would accept three large dogs, two of which are bully breeds, would be next to impossible. One of her passions is to try and keep pets with their owners. She listened to me, actually listened to me, about my specific needs - area, price range and type of home. Then within minutes I had homes to look through within my area and price range. As soon as I let her know which homes I was interested in, she immediately made contacts and negotiated on my behalf. She totally blew me away with her knowledge, responsiveness and willingness to do everything possible to keep my pets and I together. I would recommend Stacey to anyone, pets or no pets. "I recently moved from OH to Chicago, and needed a place to rent. I was working with the relo people that are selling my house back in OH, and we just weren’t clicking as to what I needed up here. So, I put out a query on a FB group I belong to and someone recommended I contact Stacey as I have 4 cats and needed a place to rent that would take all 4. Well, the first night we talked for about an hour about my requirements and our pets. The fact that she donates 10% of her proceeds to a shelter of your choice didn’t hurt either. Needless to say, we hit it off. She would find properties and either investigate them herself or use Skype to show me the property. And with her having cats, she knew what I was looking for without me having to see each and every property. And I trusted her opinion. And then she worked with the rental companies to make sure all the cats would be accepted and negotiated pet fees and the like. She saved me a lot of stress by letting her handle all of that legal stuff.And then moving day came. It was -2 degrees, yet she found some young men to help me unload the truck. And when my friend needed a ride to the airport, she found someone to pick him up and take him. She even picked me up after dropping the truck off and then helped me go collect the cats at the hotel and bring them home. So, I can’t say enough about her professionalism, ability to handle anything that comes up and making sure everything was taken care and my move went as smooth as possible. She even did the walk through on a Friday since I was still in OH. She kept gong above and beyond, and then went above and beyond that, and then went above and beyond that………. I truly don’t know what I would have done without all of her help. So, if you’re looking for a relator that really truly cares about you as a client, listens to not only what you want, but what you need and is willing to do virtually anything to find you the perfect place, Stacey is the one. I recommend her without reservation. And if you have pets that you need to accommodate, she is definitely the one as that’s her specialty. She cares about the animals and humans equally. And that, and she, are indeed a rare combination."
